at what temperature the fans are turned on

well we know that the thermostat is a 290 or 295...so the fans will come on when the thermostat opens up and the coolant is ready to be cooled off...researching....nobody seems to have an exact temperature...one can say that the ECU wants to see a cool system and they "kick on" when the coolant loop needs a cool-down...I've seen models like the Volkswagen that will continue to run those fans until the temperature drops down....is largely a matter of how cool that you insist the system is...of course with an air conditioning system will have a different fan altogether~...hope this helps...just use your head...you don't want to cook anything~
