Small lever under the windshield lever

Hi, I have just bought a ford econoline 250 2001 and i try to know what is the
function of the small lever just under the windshield lever at the left of the
steering wheel. Thank you.

Owned Ford Van's about 45 years.... Is this lever for your "Tilt Steering Wheel: lever? Pull towards you, and while holding it back? Adjust your steering wheel up and down (it's dark here, and I have a 250 here, but I don't want to go out in the dark and bugs! LoL.... Best Regards,
