i have a 2005 crown vic with climate control. the blower blows mainly on high. i can wiggle the wiring block that plugs into the resistor and the fan speeds change. what is wrong?

Most likely Oxidation (bad connection) on the resistor pack. Those resistors get very hot and anything that goes through Hot/cold/hot/cold eventually can develop a loose connection from expansion/contraction. Some are very easy to change but some can be a real PITA
