2002 Crown Vic Rear lights, dash illumination light, Interior lights, Parking lights, Keyfob horn when locking are all out?

I have a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria LX Sport (non police intercept). I went to
get out of my car (about a month ago), turned my car off, keys out of
ignition and my interior lights would not turn off. I had to pull the fuse so my
battery would not die. Within days my Hazard lights, turn signals and dash
illumination light went out and then my headlights would not turn off unless
the car was turned off. Now my rear lights went out, but my brakes lights
still work.

I did not locate any blown fuses in the distribution box or the interior fuse
box. I tested all fuses and all fuse plug ins with test light in the distribution
fuse box and all tested ok. I tested all the fuse plug ins in the interior fuse
box and all tested ok.

Can anyone help?

Somewhere in the wiring harness there is a short to power, this results in random electrical problems.

The relays (Tyco part # VKF-31f32-Z01) for the 2002 LCM are different from the relays in the 2003 and up. I have searched for the relays for over a week and finally spoke with Tyco who said the VKF series was discontinued in 2009. I got the specs for the discontinued relay and called Digikey and they did not have a replacement relay. I ended up giving in and calling a local Junk yard and found an LCM for $50. Problem solved.
