On my 1997 Crown Vic my light blinking on and off
when I am drive can any give me a tip on what
might be the problem

More than likely it would have something to do with emissions. You can go to an auto parts store and have the vehicle scanned for trouble codes, that would let you know what the issue is.

It's call a lightening box under your dash board

Coil packs need to be changed

Its the metal fuse under you dash replace it with the same one. If it continues put an higher one in.
