Car won't cut off took the keys out car still running the switch is turning all the way
around

You need to install a new ignition switch

So if the key is turning all the way around, the tumbler unit has broke off the key way that fits into the ignition switch actuator rod rack and pinion, a new key and tumbler unit will be needed and the broken parts removed from the pinion gear.
