Low beams won't work but high beams do on 2004 Chevy Trailblazer

Note the diagram. Maybe the hdm relay is faulty? I can't be positive? There are headlamp trouble codes, check codes. I can give you the circuit description for lo beams if you want it? I can only help with testing.
