Use the Dex-Cool! If your concerned about cost, just drain the radiator and coolant resevior, and add an equal amount of 50% dex-cool and 50% Distilled Water to refill back to the level you just drained out. No need for a full flush if your at the 60K mark. Dex-cool lasts longer between changes. FYI: You CAN NOT mix the two coolants! So if you do switch, which isn't advisable, you have to do the flush.

THANKS SO MUCH. I HAD HEARD OF PROBLEMS WITH DEX-COOL AND THE HEAD GASKETS. I AM AT THE 60K MARK WITH THIS VEHICLE. WITH THE DEX-COOL WARRENTY BEING 5YRS OR 150K, I WAS CONCERNED WITH THE TIME LINE. AGAIN, THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT.
