What tools do I need to change the driver door on a 93 ford explorer?

Set of socket wrenches to remove the two hinges should do in to get the door off the vehicle. BUT. you have to remove the inside door panel first, remove the electrical connections, feed the wire through the door and out the hole adjacent to the pillar. Or, you can cut the wires off the donar vehicle and HOPE stepmom didn't mess something up when she backed up.

There is just 4 bolts that hold door in place I think are 13mm . But you might want the hinges also by the sounds of things you discribed. Also trim panel removal to disconnect wiring harness . Phillips and flat panel clip remover and if you don't need wiring and it's really cold cut the harness with wire cutters and take the 4 bols off of door and your on your way .Open door and you will see the 4 bolts attaching door to hinge
