why do I have a clicking sound from front right tire

when I am driving I hear a clicking noise clearly from the front passnger side tire, the
faster the tire rates, the faster the the clicking sound.  I also hear a strange clicking noise
when I move in reverse

Check the tire, could be a stone or large screw that punctured the tire.

or a rock!..if not check the wheel bearing and u joints.
