think this may be a filtration problem...would consider a new fuel filter and to test the pressure at the exit (if you've got the t-bone connector)~

never heard of rescu 911...this wasn't Willie's bio-diesel?...'cause he's done his homework...check out his booklet on the subject...there is a lot happenin' here~ http://www.amazon.com/Clean-Road-Again-Biodiesel- Paperback/dp/B00E84LD3C/ref=sr_1_5? ie=UTF8&qid=1385246713&sr=8-5&keywords=willie+nelson+biodiesel

While working at Urban Ore in Berkeley, there were people there with "fryer oil" engines what would use a simple strainer and pre-heater to used just french fry and donut oil....smelled great when they drove by....one JEEP and one ole VW...are the ones that come to mind~

...no yours is a problem of clogging and filtration...and god's magic 911 that's pluggin' and playin' hell....empty out everything and run with a 1 micron filter...or 2 micron filter...whichever is onboard this filter assembly~ http://www.puredieselpower.com/catalog/universal-inline-micron-filter-kit-p- 34655.html? gclid=COD8v8KA_LoCFQpgMgodYV8ANg&m1track=googlebase&osCsi d=19c14ea58612a3fc6a455520684e45c1#googlebase
