Have your put on a lift kit? If you are attempting to adjust the headlights, a dealership should have the state codes and federal codes for the proper setting of the headlights. If your lights are higher that factory, they need to hit a target center a set distance from the headlights. There are codes that prevent/forbid head lights from being too high or too low to be effective for safe driving. Try your local highway patrol office (walk in) to get a correct answer. Take donuts and you'll get a reception you will not believe.
