Good thing I'm not having to write this out, my hand would get tired...why do you need to know this information?

rough idleing almost shuts down

Seems like this Q & A was lost by an unthoughtful error code posting. Thoughtful use of error codes is not doubt helpful. It may well be the the original poster didn't have any error codes to post. Perhaps it is impossible for some mechanics to attempt any diagnosis without some code referencing. I'm experiencing the same symptoms in a '94 Ford Tempo. A key on engine off code is 33. Referencing the EGR valve. An engine running code is 72, indicating a Mass Air Flow sensor issue. If code 33 or 72 could explain the symptoms I would appreciate any explanation. Error codes aside, I would be very appreciative of any feedback that an advanced mechanic could provide based on the symptoms: rough idle, poor or no acceleration, tendency to stall. Thanks!
