I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado and the battery not charging light blinks even though I have replaced the alternator and have had all tested and works fine,I also realized my radio no longer cuts off automatically when I shut off and open the door. Is the PCU bad

Make sure ALL of your connections are clean and tight at the battery and alternator. That none of the wires are nicked, cut, corroded, melted or broken. As far as the radio not turning off when you open the door, does the dome light come on when you open the drivers door? Will the radio turn off when the passenger door is opened?
Yes the dome light and everything else is good and no the radio has to be shut down manualy now. Also now I see at idle that the
wow I see at idle that the motor bogs down and the volts go to 11-12 just for 1-2secs every 6-9 mins.
