Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Key on, do you have primary voltage at ignition coil, pink wire. You can use a test light to check for voltage, that circuit is fuse protected and goes hot with key on. Was or is the pcm programmed? One way to see if pcm is awake, turn on the key, check any sensor that uses ref voltage, if no ref voltage have to check pcm, voltage and ground circuits. Engine cranking, do you have proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse?

I am having the same issue on this 2001 1500. I put new lifters in the truck got it back together and running good. Took it for a test run and it died and will not start back. I have checked everything I can think of and still no fire to my plugs. Has anyone found a solution to this issue?
