I have a 94 ranger and when you crank it up it runs for about 30 sec. and shut off like you turn the key and it crank right up and dose it again and again I change the fuel pump the fuel filter and the pressure regulator

You may have an oil pressure interrupt system on your engine, if the oil pressure is not up after a few seconds of running it shuts off the fuel pump. Check for a switch mounted with the oil pressure sender, sometimes that switch won't close even with proper oil pressure.

Check the ignition switch, it might be out of adjustment or just going bad.
