Check coolant level. May possibly have air trapped in cooling system causing this.

How would I get the air out

Well I just asked yid guy at auto zone he said undo the radiator cap and turn it on and fill it with coolant until it stops bubbling well it took the whole bottle of coolant and it's not running hot any more u think it just needed coolant lol
