Ive got a 99 Chevy with a 4l60e transmission just had the transmission rebuilt again cause it went out when put it back in an got done i started the truck an put it in gear an the truck just died but

If i feather the gas its like uum
driving a stick shift an like i dont
know hoq to drive a stick it just chugs
so i scanned the truck it said shift
selinoids so replaced them it worked
for a minute but then went back to
dieing when i put it in any gear but
runs fine in park an neutral i dont
understand it is it the transmission is
junk again or is something wrong
with transfer case i need to get it fix
ASAP for its my only vehicle an the
transmission is supposed to be all
rebuilt again an i bought a new
converter thinking that it mite have
been locked up im at my ends with it
an can't afford to get another truck
so i gotta figure out what's wrong can
anyone help me out with this
problem or give me a direction to
start at I've checked all the plugs an
everything is plugged in i just have no
idea someone please help thanks

That is the symptom of a locked up torque converter, possibly something was missed during the O/H.
