2004 SS Monte Carlo 3.8 overheating

Trying to figure out if I have a
blown head gasket or blown lower
manifold gasket no white smoke
out the exhaust no signs of too
much water mixture in the oil
need help

Check the coolant level. Your car is old enough it may need a new radiator and a full cooling system service.
