Asked by GuruN47H Apr 24, 2017 at 10:54 AM about the 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There is no sound, from when I go from off to on. nothing happens. it is like I
never touched the switch. I have the car running with the hood open and
nothing happens under the hood, no click when turned on, no clutch
engagement. It is as if I never turned it on. It seems like there is no electrical
current. fuse is ok, possibly a relay?

try adding Freon to the Air Conditioning, if the Freon is to low the compressor won't kick on. Hopes this helps
