WOW You get to dive right into the world of "Dash Diving". You or your mechanic gets to lay on their back and look for loose wires (connectors or ground wires) behind the dash board. Check the firewall connection to see if that is tight, and make sure the fuse panel and its ground are tight first.

2003 Chevy Monte Carlo I found a green wire that's disconnected in the side of my counsel. It's a really long green wire coming from the back the under neath the hood towards the back driver side of the engine. I tried looking at wiring diagrams but don't understand them...can anyone help me with this plz? I'm trying to figure out if this wire not being connected is the reason why my car won't start. I replaced battery today because it was shot. Lights turn on, I hear something in the engine turn over. But won't start. Engine light comes on also....
