2001 Monte Carlo ss

My monte carlo keeps jerking & wants to
die when going up any kind of hill then on
even ground it's ok. We have also
discovered that the gas has gotten in the
charcoal filter and don't know why or how
it happened. Please help

It could be several scenarios... Sparkplug, O2 sensor, sparkplug wire, fuel injection, sensor?
