I have changed my battery and alternator. Both brand new
..but battery light keeps coming on

Have you reset the computer? Try disconnecting the positive terminal on the battery, wait about five minutes and see if the light goes off.

Well yes but it stayed on and when I checked the voltage on the battery the amps are rapidly decreasing.
