i have a new battery alternator and a new starter i even turn my engine by hand but it still click when i go to start my car
if all the wires/cables/ground /battery and stater are good..did you align the starter??
Move the shifter through all the gears a few times. Then try to start it in both Park and neutral. The neutral safety switch may be bad. This is especially suspect if you turn on the headlights and they stay nice and bright while trying to start it. HTH. -Jim
Yes kelly i did i will try buying a new starter relay
And js8016 i try that too but nothing
Is your security light on? I also believe your Monte Carlo is involved in GMs latest ignition switch recall. In addition if you have the non- supercharged 3.8L (3800 Series II) you're involved in recall number 15757. Check with your local Chevy Dealer on these. HTH. - Jim
Thry just put z new one on 6 month ago
A couple typo my apology
Then it should be covered under warranty. Typically GM Dealers give a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on repairs. HTH. -Jim
Thank for the info i will take it back up there
You're welcome. Glad to help. Please keep us posted. -Jim
