i have a new battery alternator and a new starter i even turn my engine by hand but it still click when i go to start my car

if all the wires/cables/ground /battery and stater are good..did you align the starter??

Move the shifter through all the gears a few times. Then try to start it in both Park and neutral. The neutral safety switch may be bad. This is especially suspect if you turn on the headlights and they stay nice and bright while trying to start it. HTH. -Jim

Is your security light on? I also believe your Monte Carlo is involved in GMs latest ignition switch recall. In addition if you have the non- supercharged 3.8L (3800 Series II) you're involved in recall number 15757. Check with your local Chevy Dealer on these. HTH. - Jim

Then it should be covered under warranty. Typically GM Dealers give a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on repairs. HTH. -Jim
