youtube has some videos on the procedure. You want to purchase "Quick Struts" as they are fully assembled assemblies, the strut and spring and all new rubber pads etc. Aids in installation and no need to compress springs which can be dangerous.

If you change struts you will need to get a 4 wheel alignment.
