i have a 2000 Chevy Express with 5.7 can't keep front brakes from sticking wheel cylinders and master replaced rotors and calipers several times last a month please help
I'm going out on a limb here but I'd change out the calipers...will be loaded with new pads...the only thing to do is face the drums off...or replace them if they've gone too thin~
perhaps your bottle of brake fluid is OLD..this would account for the stodgy behavior~
The rubber brake hoses fail on older vehicles a 2000 qualifies as old, they might appear Ok, but inside there can be a v like piece which behaves as a check valve causing pressure to remain on the pads / shoes for a few $ change them... standard service procedure after so long. Regards
