Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was on highway my car was perfect, very good shape. I v stopped by rest area  for 10 minutes.
I v turned  the key, engine turned but didnt start , we  have boosted but didnt start .
So, my Probe have been towed.
The fuel pump didnt make any sound, after put a new pump, the trouble  is always the same......  engine never start again....   what  t do? I love this car.

Check your timing belt. Should have been replaced at 60k miles. Your engine is an interference engine. This means that if the timing belt jumped time or broke you probably have some bent valves.

never change timing belt, 250,000km.... this week my probe will be towed to garage. My budy told me the mecano is very good to find trouble. I will give news.... Thanks!
