Anyone interested in converting my 94 chevy G30 van to front wheel drive?

I have a 1994 chevy g30 extended passenger van i want to add the front drive
axle, and 205 transfer case, as is done on all 4x4's,  and then remove the rear
drive axle and drive shaft to use as front wheel drive.

For all that work and expense, why not sell this one and pick up another van, one with all-wheel drive like an Astro?
