replaced fuel pump and relay and still not getting fuel to engine

You should have a fuel pressure test done before replacing more parts. I suspect since you have replaced the fuel pump and relay it may be a clogged fuel filter (very cheap and easy to replace).

can you hear the fuel pump turn on when the key is in the on position.. should sound like a 3 second hmmmmm
