Hello.. I have a 1994 3.8 L Ford Mustang that has never been wrecked and is in good, although not running, condition. Should I part her out or sell her whole?

I think I would sell the whole thing

If i was you, i'd part it out you'll make more money in the long run, if your ok with putting up with the tire kickers,no-shows, and the low-ballers. But alot of the parts will fit not only your model, but GT's Cobra's, and Premium V6's. And it is the forth generation,,,1994-2004, so that to me would part it out,.....hope this helps
