2006 Corolla, want tune up
I bought a 2006 Toyota Corolla, knowing it was a slow car. But as a challenge to myself and others. I want to see if I can and what simple steps I can take to add horse power here and there. If anyone has and Ideas that will help or any comments, please let me know. Thank you.
You can start by changing the exhaust system and put a free flow exhaust and change to a large size of tires, air filter also can help
for starters: an INGEN cold air intake system change the type of oil used to full synthetic (either Castrol Edge or Royal Purple) change spark plugs to Iridium change fluids on tranny + the filter (use Mobil1 Full Synth, if automatic) find a TRD hearder & use Magnaflow Exhaust system & (the "culdegrah") find a TRD programmable chipset Total cost: around $4000.
Thank you. Got a couple extra horses after that.
Also, Ive been looking for a good chipset. But have yet to find one. Do you know any good website that would have one for this make and model.
