The "Maintenance" light means you need to have your vehicle serviced - according to your vehicles service intervals established by Toyota. The "OD" light is your transmissions overdrive function. This is normally used for highway driving to achieve better fuel economy. You may have bumped the "OD" button on your gear shifter.
