how long are the brake lines i need to replace

Are you talking about the rubber hoses or the hard steel lines? The rubber hoses are sized correctly if you go to an local auto parts store. The hard lines can be fab'd up at any brake shop or mechanic garage. The hard lines might be available OEM through the dealer parts department, call and check.
