Nissan rogue acceleration issues

In 2023 Does this model year SUV have the same issues as previous when it
gets hot it
just won’t speed up (they say to protect the engine?? But this would be a
safety issue!)

I just bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue 2 weeks ago and experiencing the same lag on the acceleration. Dealership Service ran diagnostics and said they couldn't find anything but I'm definitely experiencing the problem. From time to time my car also doesn't "detect my key" even though it's in my pocket, I've also had it in the cup holder and the car doesn't detect it. Today I went out to my car and it wouldn't go. It was turned on but is wouldn't move forward and gave me an error message that there was an AWD issue and to check the manual. I'm gonna try to invoke my state's Lemon Law and give this car back.
