What kind of sound? Grinding, rattle, squeal, clunk? If you have any squealing, it's most likely a loose belt or dry bearing.

Hi, it is a clunk sound, just one mechanic clunk sound every time I start driving the car. I can even feel it from the accerelator pedal.

Sounds like you have a broken motor mount or transmission mount. When you first hit the gas in that low gear, it puts quite a twist on the motor and transmission. I would look there first.
