do i have to programe my car when changing the tranmission.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have changed the wireing harness from the transmission to the car computer becuase
of a bad short ,but now the transmission has a virbration between the last two gears
when changing down the road.
what should i do next , chage the computer or the transmission.
