I have a CRV that its air conditiona decided to go to heck I can't afford to replace it but it it burning the belt is there a way to put a different belt on and bypass the ac compressor?

I look at the diagram of the pulleys and the way the belt tensioner is located, there is no way you can bypass the AC compressor and have the car run. Plus they usually don't make mods for cars like yours. You will need to replace the AC compressor, sounds like your old ones bearings are shot. You can purchase one from an auto salvage yard to save money.
