If it has been listed and is now expired, you will have to wait 30 days to relist it. To prevent this in the future, log into your account before the ad expiration date and extend the ad time.

You can re-list it as if it were never posted. Just click on "Sell My Car" and list it like you did the first time. It should work for you.
