My third brake light is not working on my 1986 Camaro. Wiring and fuses seem to be ok. What else can I check?

86 Camaro sat for 10 yrs, turns over but no fuel pressure. replaced pump and don't hear it running. Also no spark either. tried to do diagnostic scan, but check engine light wont come on to read codes, also no oil or temp gauges light up either. It ran great before I stored it. Could it be the ECU causing the problems. Tested pwer to distributor and its fine. has power to coil as well. 1 Answer
