I have an 89 camaro I've changed the fuel pump fuse, filter, & fuel pump. Pump is not kicking on, sometimes it will & when I cut the car off it won't start anymore. Help please!

You did not mention the fuel pump relay, have you replaced it yet?

Yes I did replace the relay as well. Strange thing is.. Sometimes it'll start I heard the fuel pump kick in & it started right up.. Let it run for a while.. Turned it off then the same thing, pump doesn't kick on & it won't start.

You need to check your power and ground pathways from the ignition switch all the way back to the pump. Have you tried to just turn the key ever so slightly when this problem happens? It could be an intermittent fault in the switch. The test should show.
