imy 89 camaro 2.8 v6 was running great then the rpms went up and down then hte car slowed to bout 30 mi and now it wont go into 2nd gear

i would have the tranny checked. possibly a stuck check valve in the servo, modulator not creating enough pressure, low on transmission fluid, torque converter issues. sounds like tranny issues, and you wont know for sure until its checked. take it to a professional unless you have experience. that is the most sensitive thing on a car to work on
