my 3406e cat engine wont start

i have a 1993 3406E that was running in a freightliner fld i put it in a 1995 freightliner classic that had a detroit 60 and now it will not start i think the pins in the wiring harness on driver side of truck have to be changed any idea on whitch ones to swap
