i need help trying to find out my problem. please help me.

my problem is that my truck , a 2005 freightliner columbia, mixed diesal with coolant and i took it to the shop and rebuilt head and got a new gasket, i also changed out all 6 injectors, a week later injector #4 failed and i changed it again then a week after i changed it, it went out again so i changed injector #4 2 times due to failure. please help me because every week i am changing my injector and i dont know what the problem is. Also whenever i start the truck in the morning white smoke comes out of the exhaust and its always vibrating but not very strongvibrations but its not a normal vibration.

There is probably more wrong than the rebuilding of the head and new gasket could fix. From your description I'd guess the head is cracked and visual inspection when the head is cold won't reveal the crack location. I'd pull the head and have it magnifluxed which should show the crack location, I'd guess somewhere around #4 cylinder.
