Did you check the radiator cooling fan switch?

its just no power from the wire going to the fan and i have no clue where to get the wire to replace it

The relay clicks on and that is what supplies power to the cooling fan, the fan wire is normally off until the engine reaches a predetermined temp then the switch activates the relay witch in turn supplies power to the fan motor.

like i thought it was my rely so i replaced it and then had power checked it was fine so its just the main wire that connects from the rely to the cooling fan that isnt working

Just run a new wire from your relay to the fan, you can follow the wiring loom then just tape it to the harness as you go and use solder and shrink wrap for the connections.
