I have a s70 Volvo 1998. It will not crank the
ignition coil has been replaced and fuses are
all good. I don't know where to go from here
Check all the cell in the battery, battery could be under-power. If this it the case, the easiest way to check is to jump start the car. Even if all the light come on, there might not be enough amp coming out of the starter. A more exotic problem might be the switch in the transmission that failed and the car thinks the car is in gear.
Battery or starter, possibly.
