Does anyone know what kind of hubcap this is? It looks similar to a VW, but isn't?

I would still guess that it is from VW. Maybe defected hubcap lol

Too far from the real thing to be a failed attempt. yet deceiving, bearing a resemblance to the real VW caps.Was it a Volvo maybe.I have no clue.
