Rain water is coming in nexa s cross from driver side when parked.

I have purchased S cross last year. And within first month I faced problem of water coming in car from driver side when parked during raining season. Company at that time was not ready to accept their mistake, but when I told that I will file case in consumer court they accepted their mistake and ask to bring car and after sometime they have given us our car and told that we will not face problem in future. But even this time also water came into car from driver side during rain. now company is saying that water will come if parked in water lodge area. car was in that area when there was no rain but suddenly rains starts and after two hour when I came to my car I saw water in my car and now company is that there is no manufacturing defect and water will come if parked in water lodge area. So should customer should not take their car out when it rains as there is possibility of water coming in car
