Does a 2005 saturn has any power steering fluid resiviour?or fuse?

I believe your car has an electronic power steering unit, so it isn't operated hydraulically, hence no fluid or reservior.

And it's a typr 'J' case fuse, looks like this except it will be yellow for 60 amp
