I changed everything! My water pump is still
making noise I changed it 3 times and tried to get
professional help no one knows what's going on
with my car its still making noise I pour water on
my water pump and it stops the noise but try and
oil it and it continues louder. Please help

It may be the idler pulley or the tensioner pulley. Check your power steering fluid. If it's low the pump will be noisy. Could even be a noisy alternator. BTW, you can't oil the water pump. Turn off the air conditioning. If the noise goes away, it's the air conditioning compressor. HTH. -Jim
