I have a 2 wrench sign followed by -200 when I start my Mercedes Benz ml 350

That means it is 200 miles past the "B" service. This usually includes oil/filter, air filters and maybe transmission and brake fluid changes - depending on your mileage. "B" service intervals are more detailed than "A" - which is usually is just an oil/filter change. Be forewarned - if you take it to an MB dealer, a "B" service could easily be $1,000 of more (depending on mileage). You DO NOT need to have these services done at an MB dealer - but you do need to have them done somewhere.
